New car from foreign countries
My new car costs 12,000 � in Italy but 10,000 � in Bulgary. Is it legal to buy from an other country? Is there any taxes? customs?

The VAT value is the customs value plus the customs duty. Given VAT rates round the EU, it appears it is cheaper to buy in Italy
