speeding fines...when i've paid to do a instructor course!

does anyone know what happens when you get points after paying to do an instructor course, will they cancel the course on those grounds? it cost me 3 grand, couldn't help this occasion, probs on motorway

If it is going to be a serious hitch to your Instructor course, then elect to appear before a magistrate for the speeding offence and explain how it was that the "probs on motorway" caused your car to go faster than it ought to have done, and that you were helpless to do anything about it.

The magistrate will listen carefully, agree with your plea and squash the speeding ticket because it was so patently wrong, as you say.
