Basically, tough, you shouldn't have been speeding.

If she was having a baby on the floor of your car you might get a bit of sympathy but not with that reason.
Depending on the offence it wont go to court (what is a little over the speed limit)
It's not dangerous to need a wee in pregnancy so they won't listen to that excuse.
You are Up the Spout without a Shout....

10mph over, i think, i was approaching or would have been a couple hundred metres short of the motorway
lol, nice try, hardly a life and death situation for the mother or the baby, an extra £100 fine for even having the nerve to suggest that one lol. Good luck :-)

They'd say "Pay Up" thy won't accept any excuses, believe me.

You were commiting an offence and it wasn't a life or death situation, in their eyes.

true, but im not completely convinced i was caught, thinking about it, there was a car to my left blocking my reg,,, i think, and there was no flash, it was at night, i'll jjust say i had the runs myself, ha
Thats still no excuse to them.
Chances are that you'll be ok. Lots of speed camera's have been switched off (Councils are trying to save money) if you didn't see a flash then ten to one you'll be ok. Forget It.
Congratulations on the baby news by the way.

ye, true, well, i will try take it easy anyway, it was one of those parked vans

and thanks
There is a very old law that states, that a female can relive herself anywhere providing she is pregnant but that does not justify you speeding, you should have found somewhere or used the side of the road Top Driver.
Mind you, Sir Alex Ferguson got off a speeding rap saying he needed the loo - but then he could afford a special lawyer.
