Can anyone tell me who I can report a problem with traffic lights to please? The green light has a sun filter on it and is practically impossible to see until you are on top of it, can't be safe. Thanks

Your local council Environmental and Operational Department.

Or the council switchboard and ask to be put through to the department responsible for faulty traffic lights.
