Hi there,

I was driving on a two lane dual carriage way and in the right hand land approaching an inland to go straight on. A driver in the left and land was travelling at the same distance as me and in line with my car and suddenly turned right into my car as we are both approaching the exit. I know its for the insurers to decide but I have just realised my MOT is out by a 7 days... What can I expect ?

That's what you can expect !!
Plenty of them just now.
away and boil yer heed
I notice there are fewer of these juvenile clever dick timewasters getting through lately. Moderators have to be on their toes or ones like this get through. Good game. I say just ignore them and they will go away
johnny people are entitiled to voice their objections to someone driving around with no m.o.t how would you feel if someone with no mot knocked down someone in your family that could have been avoided if the car had been through an mot. away and talk s h i t e to smbeody else
you tell him david.
Was the collision reported by police? Was anyone injured?
If its just a case of exchanged names and addresses then the matter of the Mot will not be raised (unless your insurance company find out!). If the collision was reported by police then IF they decide to summons for 'no Mot' then expect a 10 fine....
