road accident

i was traveling to work via motorcycle. i was passing qued traffic on the right hand side when a car (that had been qued) made a right turn in front of me without looking or indicating and nocked me clean off my bike. i am not seriously injured but my bike is in a pretty bad way. where do i stand when it comes to whose fault it is and of course, the law.
