Apart from Horsenden Lane in Greenford are there any other public roads in Greater London with no street lighting?

(nb by law they are required to but Horsenden Lane has no room).

As I didn't include 'London' in the body of the question most people seemed to think I meant the whole country. I still haven't actually been given one road name which doesn't have them so am patiently waiting.

If you know how I can get the first one deleted as it misled people I'll ask the editor to do it.
drury lane - near the muffin man
weren't all the lights on Westway beheaded some months ago?
wouldn't that make it unlit?

I'm going for planned permanent ones, didn't think Drury Lane wouldn't have them but as it's illegal to not have them (without a good reason) they are going to be rarer than you'd think.

If you drive into London from Potters Bar or Elstree you'll see the lights the second you cross the border, they've had 43 years to add them!
