hi, unfortunately, just to confuse the blue badge users, all places differ. take scotland, they do not have to use a time closck at all. usually double and single yellor lines are 3 hours in most places, but NO KERB MARKINGS! a disabled persons should never have to pay for on street parking but may have to pay in car parks, this is upto the council whether they charge a fee or not and should say so by signage. where i live, denbighshire, north wales, a blue badge holder may park for as long as they need, in any limited waiting bay where a specific time is stated but from the knowledge i have i understand this will differ from place to place. Happy Driving!
