Loading Bay Markings

I'm trying to find out what the legal requirements are for road markings relating to loading bays.

What council? In a controlled parking zone? On a red route?

Tewkesbury Borough Council.Just an ordinary bay on an ordinary village street. Loading only from 9-10 am, then parking from 10-3pm, then loading from 3-5pm. There's a small notice on a pole on the pavement to that effect, and some broken white lines on the road. Nothing written on the road to say it's a loading bay. No yellow marks on the pavement.

If loading is restricted to certain times there should be a single yellow line on the kerb to indicate this, and a nearby sign to advise of the times where loading is not allowed.
