about 30mins ago i was driving home and i spoted a police car on the side of the road the officer seemed to be hanging out of his drivers window with a hand held device held up to his face scanning traffic, although i was going about 28 in a 30 im just curios wether this could be a speed camera because i thought it had to be a speed van with speed camera signs on it or can it be just a normal police car?
