Hyundai i800 Voted Best Tow Car

Judges carried out a number of tests before reaching their decision and took into account the vehicle's prowess in relation to hill starts, braking and acceleration. Commenting on the winning model, the panel stated: "The i800 is a cracking load carrier, shows a lovely attitude when hitched and good access to towing sockets."

Judges were impressed with the eight seat capacity and luggage space, while the rear-wheel drive and the strong engine give confident towing.

As ride quality and manoeuvrability are important to caravan enthusiasts the i800 doesn’t disappoint with a coil sprung rear suspension system, excellent visibility and a tight turning circle. In addition, the manufacturer pointed out there is ample room for all your belongings in the car, with over 850 litres of boot space even with eight passengers on board.
