girl band

just got back from hols in Spain...boo hoo...was watching sky tv one morning and there was a girl band on that bloke richard arnold's programme. they were described as the "new spice girls" and sang something like "if this is love, i dont wanna know......"
anyone any idea who they are ?

Oh yeah - The Saturdays - were on Loose Women, miming badly by the way - probably coundn't hold a note in a bucket!!

I had the misfortune to see them on Loose Women. Can anybody place where the synth sample comes from that they've nicked. It's a classic 80's tune, possibly Yazoo or Human League but I can't think where it is from?

I'm just at a bit of a loss as to why you would want to track down the name of a band just to say they're dire.

They may be dire, but with good promotion they will probably be a s succesful as Girls Aloud or the Sugababes. And I am a DJ and will have to play their trash forever more. Nooooooooooooooooo!!!

sara3 - it was only because I had heard the track on the radio and then caught them on richard arnolds programme but didn't catch their name. not tracking them deliberately....just inquisitive to who they were. sorry if it upset you in some way.
