upload movies

I have movies I've made on DVD-R cds. they are 30 minutes long. I can't upload them on youtube b/c they only allow 10 minutes on their site. How do I upload my movie so I can show other people?

Split them into multiple sections of 10 mins or less for YouTube or post them on Google Video who are currently accepting digital video files of any length and size...

right heres a shot you could compress/change to a different format and trick youtube my mate did that but that was before GHEY google took it over so yer give it a go.....
