hi there i have a few audio tapes which are destorting with age and would like to transfer them onto my pc and impove the quality and volume then burn them onto cd i havent a clue at all how to do this could you please help !!!! regards stu

I use a program called Roxio Easy CD Creator. I've transferred all my old vinyl albums and tapes to CD via my hard drive. It also has features to clean up the sounds (e.g. remove "pops and crackles" from records etc). The only thing is my computer is XP and I don't know if Roxio do a version for Vista.
