Searching a melody / videoclip

[ALEXANDRUMITACHE]

There is a videoclip with a very well known melody performed simultaneously by several artists - icluding an african group - in several places, such as Africa, South America, USA, Russia, Italy... There is also an italian sax player among them.
All the performers are singing/playing separately, but practically together with earphones, listening each others.
