Soundtrack song

I have been trying to find this song for months now. I have heard it on the radio a couple of time but as ususal they never say the name. Anyway it is from The show Queer as Folk. I am not even sure of most of the lyrics. But it has something to do with being loved and it is in the first or second season. It is when Brian comes out of the club and sees Justin with another man. If anyone can figure this out I would appreciate it so much.
