Angel citie's new track 'Do You Know' - the backing track has been released before. probs around 1997 i think. anyone got any ideas as to what it is called?

This question has been asked by someone before but i culdnt find it a second time, and first time my internet explorer wuldnt open the link

I heard this track whilst running out of breath on my treadmill in the gym - I'm pretty sure the track DO YOU KNOW ithat they use is the same from the one released in the 90s by MICHELLE GAYLE, i.e. Hattie from Eastenders.

its called 'Children' and its by 'Robert miles'
