Dose anyone know the name of the song used in Series 7 Episode 7 of "The Apprentice" about 30 - 35 mins in?

The same piece of music is was also used in a David Attenborough TV spot 2 or 3 years ago, and the music was used once I remeber in a random TopGear review. Hope these cluse help. If anyone knows, I'd be most appreciative.

It sounds like a choir singing qucikly, with orchestral music. But it's not classical, it sound quite epic. This description inst the best I know. haha.
