Rumours deserve a thorough going over to see whether there's any truth behind it I would say unless the rumour is completely unbelievable. This rumour as it happens could easily be true so I am doing an investigation to see whether it is or isn't, if it turns out he isn't then at least I'll be armed with facts and knowledge to enlighten others or to debate in his defense.
