Name of song/artist please!

I heard this song while working at the Co-op (so it was on Co-op radio but I'm assuming its on other radio stations because its so good) but I just can't find the name of the song or the artist.

There's a male voice, its similar to something by Coldplay (it has that soft rock essence to it) and I did manage to catch some of the lyrics but I've searched for hours and found nothing. I distinctly heard "We are listening" and the word "Tonight". But also, sometimes the way he said "I" or "Tonight" sounded more like it was extended so it'd be like "IIIIIIII" or "Toniiiiiiiight". Pretty bad description haha but thats pretty much all I can give. I'd very much appreciate any feedback.

Oh! That was the song I thought of straight away when i saw your post last night because of the "we are listening" line but i discounted it because I don't think it mentions "Toniiiiiiiight" or "Tonight"
