itunes (again)

In itunes there are 30 second samples of tracks.
I have downloaded the full versions of tracks but the 30 second sample would also be useful for a charity pop quiz I am doing - is there any way of burning these to CD.
I stress that I have legitimately downloaded the originals of the same tracks I want the samples of - I do not steal music.

In iTunes, you can change the playing time of a song by getting up the song's info and then changing the playing time in the 'Options' tab. You can cut them to play for as long or as little as you like. Whether or not, you can then burn these shortened versions, i don't know, becasue my Mac doesn't have a CD burner, but you could give it a try.
