Does anyone know the title and artist of a song from the 80s that included the line, "You want this party starting right?" I want to download it in MP3, but have no idea who did it or it's title.

I think it was called "I'll House you" or "girl I"ll house you". The tune is in my head but I can't for the life of me remember the name of the artiste!!!!
