Britain in a day? four nations?

Hi tonight I saw an advertisment on the tv for people to film themselves in a 24 hour period I think? lol! Anyway I typed in britain in a day on the answerbank and it showed the clip they use on the tv. Sadly I couldn't seem to copy the youtube clip and put it on here. But basically there is a bit of music in the background whilst they are talking with a guitar playing and a womans voice humming? Hope someone knows who it's by? Cheers all :) Dan.
