Trying to find a song maybe called "27 acres of land"
My father in law heard a song and would like to track it down, however he doesnt have much to go on.
He thinks it is called "27 acres of land" and contains lyrics something like "you can't raise a family on 27 acres of land".
However he has also said that it could be 24 or some other number of acres!
He thinks it is an Irish song and suspects that it might be sung/written by an Irish person.
He thought he heard the name "Dallas" attached to it somehow.
I know the info is a bit vague but does it ring any bells with anyone?
PS - I have googled a bit and have come up with a singer called P Dallas but it definitely doesn't look like a match.

Below is a copy of the email I got back from my Father in Law.
"Got your e-mail. YOU ARE A VERY CLEVER GIRL! Ive sat thru 5 versions of 21 ACRES (sorry about the inaccurate land measurements by the way but your initiative saw you through.) Thank you very much you have made an old man happy."
