Bread and fishes and a jug of red wine

An earlier post has just reminded me of a folky-type song that we used to sing in assembly at primary school. The chorus is something like "with the wind in the willows and the sun in the sky, and the bright sun to warm us wherever we lie, we had bread and fishes and a jug of red wine to share on our journey through all of mankind(?)" - call me simple if you like, but I reckon it's about Jesus. Can anyone give me the verses, and maybe even a tip off of a recording somewhere?

..I remember singing this around the campfire when I was a girl guide, and yes you're right it is about Jesus... here are the lyrics I found in an old guide songbook...

BREAD AND FISHES
