Can anyone recommend a stand for a tenor ukulele?

I would prefer a wooden one to complement by beautiful new fender uke. I had it imported from Hawaii, tweaked to sound slightly cleaner, It's my pride and joy.

At a little over £200 it was more than I ever thought I would spend on one, and definitely more than I thought my wife would allow me to spend.

Anyway, I've had my eye on this uke stand made by kala on eBay, where it will be imported from America and will end up costing just shy of £50 once I've paid the tax. Aside from that it's perfect.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a uk seller with a nice selection of reasonably priced stands?

Any help/advice, I would be most grateful.

I keep my decent instruments in their cases for protection from humidity changes an accidents. I keep 'knockabout' guitar on a £10 lidl stand for practice.

Thanks for the advice jomifl. I think i would probably use it but fortunately in my abode there are no children to cause such accidents, so I'm pretty safe.

That said, the original box is on hand for when we have little guests round, such as my nephew and niece who visited at Christmas, so I can store it away and the cheap 'decoy' comes out.
Jez .............. I guess this is for a smaller model?

Actually I have seen those ones, but it's the wooden type I'm hoping for.

Thanks for looking out for me though.
"...tweaked to sound slightly cleaner..." What did you do to your uke?

I had the 'nut' filed down to prevent the strings from ringing.
