How much should I expect to pay on average for my Yamaha F310 to be setup, if it needed new strings installed with low action,(preferably fender 12's) the intonation to be set, the fret board cleaned?

I think thats all that needs doing to it but not 100%.

I know different places vary in cost but just want to know the average price?

Planning on taking it to Dawsons as I don't know anywhere else close by.

I just paid £45 for this on an electric guitar - strings would have been extra but I supplied them. It was well worth it by the way.

I'd suggest doing a bit of googling. Try and go direct to a guitar tech rather than through a music shop, as the shop will just send it out to the same person and put a markup on the price.
I should add that the £45 was for a professional setup, which is the full service type of thing. There were various grades of this on offer starting from just changing the strings for about £8 I think.
