The ad is for the convertible, and the song starts with a trumpet solo and sounds like a laid back, ska, summery song. I have heard it before and think I even had the song downloaded but cannot for the life of me remember the title/band/singer.

I can't think of the advert atm but the song you've described sounds good!! Haha!
Is it this one?

In which case, that's a cover of a song called Ob-La-Di Ob-La-Da by a beat combo from Liverpool whose name escapes me for the moment... ;-)

Erin-x: It probably isn't even Ska but thats the only thing I could think of when I tried to think of a way to describe it xD

MarkRae: Unfortunately thats not it - the song itself actually started quite close to the end of the advert. Thanks for looking though :D

ABerrant: It's not that one either (though the description covers that song too). Thanks though :D

The ad itself (I think) literally came out in the last week or two, and I have Googled for a video of it everywhere but I've not been successful.
is it called walking on a dream?

Woops that's the video there (for their DVD, gives you an idea of them as a band).
