Botting, Dr Herbert William. Mus.D. (Dunelm, 1897), F.R.C.O. Studied in Leipzig; pupil of Sir Frederick Bridge. Organist of the English Church, Leipzig, Germany; St. Augustine’s, Brighton, England, 1895-. Composed. Author of “Twenty-four Organ Lessons”. b. Brighton, England, Mar. 28th, 1869; d. there, 1909.
