Herbert Botting

Can anyone tell me anything about the above composer, active in the early 1900s? I have a small handwritten framed, signed manuscript extract of his and would love to know who he was!

Organist of the English Church, Leipzig, Germany; St. Augustine’s, Brighton, England, 1895-. Composed. Author of “Twenty-four Organ Lessons”. b. Brighton, England, Mar. 28th, 1869; d. there, 1909.
