Went to Brighton centre to see Mark Knopfler last night - was a fantastic gig! wondering if there was anyone else who went and what did they think?

I saw the very end of it (I was working on the get out crew), seemed very good to me. I understand the tickets were a bit pricey though.

i think it was my auntie that found out about the tickets! and i assume she found them on the internet - she usually does. yeh, the tickets were a bit pricey but then they always are for things like that. was great though, he did loads of songs. dire straits ones too! he didnt do many off his new album though which was strange.

Going to see him at the Albert Hall. Did he do many new songs ie should I rush out and buy a new album???

he did a few from the new album but it was a mixture really. i think about 4-5 songs were from the new one. his new album is great though so i recommend it!
