If you want an earnest critique of it I'd say you'd have to get a better mic, but your guitar playing is fine, your voice in tune and it's all put together well enough. What I would say however is it's a little fast for my taste, as this song relies so heavily on being able to ponder it's lyric that you're in danger of losing the audiences ability to that. I'd like to hear it with a better recording but I have no criticisms of what you've done with it , I think through a better mic it will sound very nice.

You need to practise the guitar intro so that you can play it fluently without stumbling over the difficult bits.
Try to make sure that all your chords are struck with equal weight - agan this is down to practise.
You need to slow down - your delivery is too fast, for the song, and for you, it is a song to be savoured for its emotion, which you will lose if you sound like you are racing to the end.
Great effor though, it's a seriously hard to sing and play well, and you are very well on the way to doing both.
