True, fine and Spanish are three words which were provided to help you find the musically themed answer. I googled it and "Steve Miller" came up...not sure about that thought :\

I've helped you with these before so I'll have a think.

Spanish made me think of Spanish Wine or Blue Spanish Eyes but that doesn't give a link to the others

There were songs called True Blue and Blue Spanish Eyes but I can't think of a blue fire/fine
