can anyone tell me what the piece of music is that is played in the segment just after the man screaming with his face painted white, the images that follow are a donkey and cart going up a hill, people on a rubbish tip and a bangkok go-go bar etc

the piece of music has a sort of wailing tormented yearning singing

I haven't seen it since it came out but I know "Dead Can Dance" contributed some music to it. I can not remember which section
