lRap typre tune sampling shaft

Hi ABers. I was walking through petticoat lane in london on Sunday and heard a song being played on a stall. it was upbeat with a rhyme more than a rap and started with part of the theme from shaft. lyrics mentioned going to the president and 'if i come to your house' he then said my name is ??????? several times before saying something like ' i dont have a house' several times.
