What Was The David Bowie Album.....?

When I was a kid in the early 80s, my sister had a Bowie LP which I think was called 'Profile'. I seem to remember that it was a 'cheapo' album, possibly on the mfp label. One of the tracks was called The Little Bombardier. Does anyone else remember this? If so, any suggestions on where I might obtain a copy?

bowie was with decca records when he first recorded, i remember there was an album of 'old' material released in about 1973 when i was working in the record shop. he had a single released from it too which i'll not mention, might have been that decca LP rehashedm though mfp was usually sold in woolworths as i recall

oh on reading through that you mean 'The World of David Bowe'. mfp did loads of 'World of' records for all sorts of artists.

it's on the Deram Anthology album, the "David Bowie" album, the London Boy album, and David Live (I love this one very much!).

none of which may be the one you're after! but they're all on Ebay.

The album was simply called 'David Bowie' and it was his first album, released in 1967, 2 years before he became famous with the single Space Oddity.
