A better solution to storing online is to store your music on a off board storage device. A 1Tb external hard drive from Amazon now costs about £70. A 1Tb hard drive can hold about 250,000 songs - so if this is more than you need, then go for a smaller drive.
They plug into your USB drive, and away you go - rather than saving to an internal c: or d: drive, you simply save to the eternal drive.
There are a couple of good reasons for using an external drive. Firstly, if your laptop crashes and has to be rebuilt, your music is safe (because its on a separate drive).
Also, you can keep the drive separately from your laptop when you're not using it - making it nice and secure.
If, like me, you have a lot of music, saving it online may involve a monthly fee. If you have your own external drive, the cost is one-off.
Also, if you want to be REALLY secure, you could buy two drives and use one is your primary drive, and the other as a backup.
But that's if you are a little OCD, like me...
