I subscribed to e-tomi for a two year period but unfortunately it was deleted from my computer.I have tried to contact their helpline to no avail.How do i get a refund or altenatively how do i get to re-download the software.

hmmm upon relooking at that link myself i am not so sure that it will help........ what software did you have from them?

Hey, Soul Rebel, had a similar problem, lost loadsa stuff in the great crash of '04. Luckily I'd saved all my passwords & stuff but when I re-entered the relevant details to re-download the program (e-tomi) it came back as 360Share - how bizarre ! Mind you I'm not too disappointed as it still finds a whole heap of stuff and also catergorizes them as well i.e which album the track is from etc etc. So if you've done the same (saved all your user & passwords) you should be able to get it back - at no extra cost.
