In the video for "By The Way" who plays the taxi driver? I thought he was a band member but apparently he isn't. I think he may be some sort of comedian. Any ideas?

The taxi driver in the video is played by David Sheridan. He's been in 'Scary Movie' & 'Ghostworld'.
