Ive always found Sennheiser's to be good.
I can recommend these 'AKG K451'.

Try before you buy.
Within your budget, the 2014 Radio Listener's Guide recommends Sennheiser HD205-II at £40 or the noise-cancelling Sennheiser PXC 250-II at £100.
Has to be Sennheiser - buy the pair for your budget.
Grado SR80i are the very best - clear natural sound every detail. I have 2 pairs one for mixing and one for HiFi. Worth every penny.
Best more portable are folding Sennheiser PX-200-II natural detailed sound

No Xtra bass type thing just deliver exactly what is on the CD or wherever.
