Do you agree. I personally love them both, Eminem slightly more as he has been around longer and has more songs to his name, but i also think Macklemore is pretty good as well. What do you think?

It's odd- I loved all his four chart singles (well the only four I know) but in the first two the bits I didn't like were the rapping bits. He has a knack of picking good tunes and using good singers to add variety to his songs
I have also liked Eminem's stuff for about 15 years now but I'm bored with his rapping. he ruined Rihanna's Monster in my opinion. But he has a knack of sampling great tunes that he uses in Sing for the Moment, Without Me, Stan and Berserk, for example
It looks as if we don't have many Mackelmore/Eminem lovers on here, lightbulb
On the contrary, factor. I thought Macklemore was brilliant in 'Bowling for Columbine'.
:-)
Very good Tilly. I had to look up the film though and had never heard of Michael Moore
Haven't you? I am surprised at that. I haven't heard of Macklemore, either. So we're quits.
Enjoy, Tilly. You may have heard this from 12 months ago

Sorry, that may not be the clean version, but you probably can't hear what they're saying anyway.
I love all music but I am concerned at the openly sexual, drugs, profane, violent lyrics that are available to all

Its true that whilst both explore moral ideas and actual issues in their songs, Macklemores seems more genuine, especially is "same love" song.
