Its only 7 degrees here, so I don't want to have anything to do with iceberg lettuce thank you very much:)

Party buffet tonight for me alba, but you've just reminded me, I need to ask a foodie question about a salmon dressing later!

We have salad nearly every day, today it's iceberg, rockets, celery, cucumber tomatoes tumbled with cheese and croutons with nice thick ham and maybe bar-b-qed chicken breast.

Definitely salad this evening with new potatoes. Spinach and rocket, radishes, red onion, grated carrot and cucumber. Ripe tomatoes chopped and mixed with some chick peas, spring onion and balsamic vinegar. Maybe a slice of garlic bread as a treat.

Bacon and avocado,homemade mayo,tomatoes,spinach,rocket,some grilled peppers,maybe some olives. Had chicken mayo for lunch with tomatoes and artichoke hearts. :-)

We are having a mixed salad - grated carrot, red onion, radish, spring onions little gem lettuce, plum tomatoes, cucumber and boiled eggs, new potatoes and salmon with a nice fresh Polish Bloomer bread. And strawberries and raspberries for afters with fresh shortbread biscuits and cream.
