Does anyone know if Bush are releasing another album, or is Gavin Rossdale pursuing an acting career instead?

It's reported in the September issue of Classic Rock magazine (page 14) that Gavin Rossdale is returning with a new band next month. They are called INSTITUTE, and their debut album will be released on September 16th through Polydor. More info in next months (October) issue.
The article starts of with the word 'former', so I would assume Bush have broken up.
