Old dance single

Does anyone remember a dance single that was released maybe about 2 or 3 years ago (?) - it was an animated video with a girl on her decks in her house, and a boy riding a motorbike to get to her, and when her music kicked in everyone outside her house stopped looking miserable and started being happy! Anyway I love the song and I can't remember who it's by or what it's called - can anyone help me PLEASE!!!! Thanks x
