Robin Vs. Marvin (A Rip Off?)
Do you think the estate of Marvin Gaye have a valid claim?
They have launched a bid to claim some of the royalties that Robin Thicke's 'Blurred Lines' earned, because of the similarity to Mr Gaye's 'Got To Give It Up'
I think they have a strong case.
Do you?

I think it's worth a claim, but I doubt if there are enough similarities to win a legal. battle, these things are notoriously tricky to prove in law.
That said, claim of not deliberately copying another tune I no defence - as George Harrison found out.
