Another old dance tune that's bugging me

I've been hearing a tune for years - it's quite cheesey and it only ever seemed to be played in gay clubs. The lyrics were "I touch you there, there. Na Na Na Na. You touch me there, there. Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah Na Na Na" It had an upbeat really happy tune and a female vocalist sung the main bits. I think this is a bit of a long shot but if anyone can let me know who it was by I'd be ever so grateful.
