I downloaded it and it says its by The Code and its called The Preacher but I doubt it.

At the start its a deep voice that says;

"I dont know you and you dont know me"

And then someone in the background starts shouting "Lay your hands on me"

While this is happening a female sings "When your all alone, where you hide the pain and you feel the shame, when your lost in doubt and theres no easy way out."
