The Stairs..

In about 1991 I loved a band called The Stairs, they ere from Liverpool and were really rootsy, the fore runners of The Coral and The Zutons.

I know they recorded two albums, one of which was never released, where are they now?

They've long since given it up.  I remember a single called "Weed Bus" but no more.  There's a good article on them here which features singer Edgar Summertyme, and a side panel mentioning his future band the Big Kids and a solo release.
