Who sang yes!?

In the 90's (early 90's i think), there was a duo who sang a song called yes. It was two guys I think, and I'm pretty sure one of them used to be a guitarist in another british band. I've been trying for ages to find out who they are but have had no luck...any guesses would be greatly appreciated!
