theres a songw hich ive heard on the tv a few times, on trigger happy tv and the film 'studio 54' sum of teh words are 'i don't know where we went wrong but the feelings gone and i just cant get it back' i just wanted to know what its called and who its by?

You can find it on his 'Complete Greatest Hits' cat. no. 8122-78287-2 on the Warner Bros/Rhino label - HMV or Amazon should have copies, or can order it for you.

You may wonder why the song is not featured on either of the 'Trigger Happy TV' soundtrack CD's, and the reason is that Mr Lightfoot's record company refused permission for the song's inclusion, to the incandescent fury of Dom Joly, THTV's creator, and doubtless to Mr Lightfoot himself, who is missing a portion of royalties that would be paid to him if the song was included.
