1st of all, be sure that you've got a backup of all your music. You shouldn't need to reinstate it into itunes, but just in case....
Click on the Start menu, go upto settings and then into control panel. Once here, click on Add or Remove programs and locate itunes on the list and click it once ot highlight it, there should now be a change/remove button on the right of the screen and then choose repair. Follow the onscreen intructions...
If this doesn't work then
Go into itunes, click on help and - check on itunes updates. Update to the newest version
And if all else fails - It looks like you'll have to remove itunes and reinstall it again...
The problam has probably been caused by another program taking something from itunes - but always back up before attempting these things.
